Join me for a day of self care, yoga, mindfulness, meditation, breathwork, refreshments, herbal teas & sweet treats and letting go of what no longer serves you to your highest good.
Two yoga classes (morning glory and afternoon delight)
A beautiful short walk in nature, with a guided meditation along the way. Mindfulness and earthing if desired. Gorgeous lunch with lots of healthy options. (please let me know of any dietary requirements)
Free time after lunch to relax followed by afternoon of restorative yin yoga.
A fire pit ceremony & closing circle blessing to give gratitude for our special day!
